Fran swapped tips with James Martin ...

Chocolate Fairy Catering by O'Neils proprietor Fran Williams was invited recently to share her wares with catering students to show what is expected of them if they wish to reach the same standard as Chocolate Fairy Catering by O'Neils in Boston. At the same event well known 'as seen on TV chef' James Martin also atended. Fran commented " . . . . James Martin was such an inspiration and we 'swapped tips'" laughed Fran. Of the event she commented "It was exciting and an honour to be at the event, when I was invited it realised how proud I felt and what the business had acheived. I have been running the business since 1993 and in tough economic times my reputation is still by best asset as I am still the choice caterer for many events in Boston Lincolnshire and nationally. Nothing is too big or small. My niche is to leave your guests wanting to know who the caterer was at your event. I look forward to providing you with an excellent service in the future."
